Advertise with Us

Whether it’s to announce a career opportunity or a conference, advertising with us lets you quickly and easily reach your target audience in Canada’s Radiation Oncology community. We offer two advertising formats: online through this website or through an e-blast.

  •  Our website ad rates are as follows:

    • For Radiation Oncology-related academic and not-for-profit conferences and meetings: No charge for members.

    • For Canadian-based employment opportunities and fellowships: No charge

    • For U.S. and international employment opportunities and fellowships: $275 plus taxes for one month, and $475 plus taxes for two months.

    • A $25 fee will be charged for any changes required after an ad has been posted.

  • Through our database, we reach more than 750 radiation oncologists, residents, fellows and associates such as physicists and radiation therapists. We typically use e-blasts to advertise a meeting or event.

    This service is available only to CARO members and their associated organizations, and to CARO partner organizations. Please note that CARO will not circulate solicitations or surveys to our membership on behalf of groups with commercial interests. In addition, surveys must first go through an ethical review and CARO executive approval before they are circulated.

    Our e-blast advertising rates are:

    • First e-blast: $500 plus taxes

    • Reminder (second) e-blast: $100 plus taxes

Please email your final documents in Microsoft Word or PDF format as an attachment to caro-acro@secretariatcentral.com. Be sure to include the name and address of the institute responsible for the advertising invoice.
